video of the lunar rover on the moon

I've only ever seen 3 of these "fatman/tilt lok" steering wheels before, and today I found 3 all at the same event...

more astonishing is that the vehicle above had it's wheel in one position, and the same wheel model below was in another car and in the opposite position, so you can compare and get an idea of how it functions so big bellied drivers could get in an out of a car

for one from last year http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2011/06/flip-up-steering-wheel-was-found-on.html

plus I looked through the archives, here are a couple other styles that flip up

the worst looking example of a project car i think I've seen, and the most astonishing restoration... which won peoples choice at the LaJolla Concours 2013

I talked to the owner today, and asked him about the woodlite headlights, he said that once he discovered that they were a Packard preferred accessory/optional equipment, he searched the big swap meet at Hershey or Carlisle until he found a set

Coachbuilder badges from a variety of cars at the Palos Verdes Concours

this last one is something odd in a photographic sense, the badge is silver or aluminum, and yet the reflection only shows the highest parts in silver, and shades the rest all black where there actually is none

for comparison, this painted one from another show last year
